About Us
Founded in 2021 by Channae Haller, Justice By Objectives was born out of her personal experiences with the criminal justice system and a deep commitment to supporting marginalized communities. Recognizing a critical gap in services for individuals navigating incarceration and its aftermath, Channae set out to create an organization that offers meaningful, accessible support.
Her vision for Justice By Objectives is anchored in the belief that every individual, regardless of background or circumstance, deserves equitable access to resources, guidance, and opportunities for healing and reintegration.
Channae’s firsthand understanding of the system’s challenges has shaped JBO’s approach and priorities, providing unique insight into where support is most urgently needed. Under her leadership, Justice By Objectives has remained steadfast in its mission to empower individuals, reduce recidivism, and advance a more just and inclusive system for all.

- Evidence-Based Practices
We aim to serve as a beacon of support—championing successful reintegration, strengthening community ties, and fostering lasting empowerment.

We have a new apprenticeship program that is educating individuals that have experienced criminal justice system to get into professional services of care. We have a curriculum that helps these individuals heal through traumas, find purpose, navigate triggers, proper case management documentation, risk management tools, resource knowledge, professional development, culture and religion understanding. We go on field exploration to free resources, and art therapy, music therapy. Violence is not what we need anymore of in our communities. We need to better understand each other and help each other heal through. Peacefully, mindfully, naturally, and validating ones feelings is the solution. We use all areas to shine light on it is not a one size fits all mold, and utilize all avenues of care to help us blossom into the ray of sunshine we all truly strive to be.
