EIN:88-2359250
Founded in 2021, Channae H., was wrongfully incarcerated 14 times by an area that gets overlooked. Rural parts within states, Utah. This took place within Cache County.
While incarcerated, Channae started to see a need, an ask, a longing for change. She did not want anyone to feel the pain that she felt while in there away from her family. This is what abusive control does, after you leave, they hold onto you with what they feel hurts you the most. They take away everything you love. They drive you to the point of insanity. They want you to give up, fall to your knees, and take the bullet. The justice system does not make it any easier. They set you up for failure.
Healing? Healing in the system.
That is what we are doing. We are sprucing up this dark, scary place. The parts that internally get cross wired. They need to heal through. We all do, in order for this world to live on. Live for your future, your present. #secondchances

Apprenticeship Program
Lived Experience Professionals
Have you ever thought of becoming a peer supporter? Crisis worker? Case manager?
We have a year long program that is in collaboration with Department of Labor, and Department of workforce services. This program gets individual set up to be successful within this area that can be difficult to jump into after having your own traumas. The past, jail, prison, recovery from addictions, abuse, the darkness. Those compulsions, triggers, may come up. We want you to be prepared to help support your client. To help support that family member. To get through your memories. They will come up and even a smell could lead you back to that want, desire, to be naughty. Ethics, morals, codes. Safety and security always being number one priority. This apprenticeship is paid, and creates a 40 hour a week schedule.
What is stopping you from taking that step to the New Path?

What is an Udu?
Why is this a key part in our story?
Kristi South, epic artist. Creates these. We were gifted one and we extended it to Utah State University: Music Therapy Dept.
We had a wonderful volunteer in that area.
